My PC refused to turn on. Compucare correctly diagnosed a faulty motherboard and then went to considerable effort to source a compatible replacement. Fitting the new board required data backup, installing a new version of windows and reloading my data. The staff kept me fully informed of progress, consulted me to check before performing actions and were professional throughout. The price of the repair was very fair and my pc works perfectly. Unbox a Laptop that had been purchased 2 years prior and found it was not working. Compucare checked it and found that the power source was faulty but the Laptop worked fine. So glad l took it to them because if l had taken it elsewhere l probably would have been mugged off and charged a small fortune for a fault that did not exist. They were very honest and did not even charge me for their time spent in identifying the issue.
