Procedure of sending your device to us

Get a free quote by sending an email, calling, or filling out an online form. A ticket reference number will be emailed to you automatically. The ticket will be updated with a quote (which you will receive through email) shortly after that.

If you’re in the area, come in with your device and see us from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m., Monday through Saturday. We encourage that you contact ahead and make an appointment to prevent having to wait during busy times. We hope to see you again soon.

Please proceed to step 3 if you are sending your repair to us.

If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance.

Remove any sim cards, media, or other attachments if appropriate, and mail your smartphone with its battery. Please send your charger as well if you are having charging troubles or if your smartphone is dead. Include a power supply for laptops.

Securely pack your gadget with a note of the ticket reference number (included with the quote) and your contact information.

Use a secure service of your choice to send. If you’re sending something via Royal Mail, we recommend choosing recorded or special delivery. We recommend Parcelforce for laptops and computers.

Your device will be checked in and allocated to an engineer upon arrival.

We strive to complete repairs as promptly as feasible. Many repairs are made the same day the item is received. Some repairs take a little longer, but most are finished in a matter of days, depending on the diagnosis, part availability, and the quality control process. There is still no charge for this, but please bear with us as we finish your repair.

If the repair costs more than the estimate, we will notify you first; we never carry out repairs that cost more than the estimate without your permission. If the repair is unsuccessful, there will be no charge for the time spent attempting the repair because we follow a strict ‘no fix, no pay’ policy; however, there will be a small price* to return the item; alternatively, you can leave it with us and we will dispose of and recycle it for you.

*Most items, such as phones, have a £7.30 return fee. Depending on the size/weight of the item, it may cost more. Please contact us for further information.

We will contact you to arrange payment after your repair is complete and has passed quality control, and your device will be shipped to dispatch, securely packaged, and returned to you.
